Jam and Yoga has been my dream for quite some time and finally, I am making it happen!
For many years, the practice of yoga has been a source of nourishment for me, while meditation has improved my focus and also helped me to deepen connections with myself and others. My mindfulness training has enabled me to balance the competing demands of a busy professional career and running a business. It has also enhanced my emotional intelligence and resiliency.
I have over 16 years of experience with the practice of yoga, and I also meditate regularly on my own and in community. I am fortunate to have been taught an array of mindfulness techniques from a variety of teachers in North America and in northern Thailand. Having first hand experience with the benefits of yoga and meditation, I am incredibly passionate about sharing what I have learned.
In addition to being a lawyer, I am also on my way to obtaining my yoga teacher certification and am currently taking mindfulness courses through the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies and also the Compassion Institute.
I work with experienced practitioners to tailor workshops to the needs of students, professionals, athletes, and anyone else that is interested in exploring our unique and holistic approach to health and well being.
Our programs are versatile and designed to meet your needs. Whether it is a workshop at a school, place of business or private studio, we offer fun and accessible techniques to help you on your journey.
